Has anyone gotten tumblr to work with the old way, without the javascript pop-in windows when reblogging? This new Tumblr doesn’t work for me and I really don’t want to abandon something I’ve enjoyed for so long. I’ve tried xkit and missing e, neither seem to help.

Sillar! Det bästa är att det står “Swedish” på varje fisk, istället för Malaco. Fast det är alltså fortfarande Malaco som säljer dem, men med smaker “anpassade för den amerikanska marknaden”. Svensk-amerikanska sillar är sötare. Stackars amerikaner som aldrig får smaka en vitgul sill. Den vitgula sillen är den bästa sillen, näst efter den salta sillen förstås!
“Har ägnat 8 timmar åt att göra en skalenlig pepparkaksmodell av de här husen” deklarerade Emma för ett par dar sen. Jag känner bara att I CAN’T WIN gentemot mina vänners julpyssel. Det här är mina grannhus! Mer om dem står här på bloggen Norra Sorgenfri. De ritades av arkitektfirman Jaenecke & Samuelson - “Under 1950-talet gestaltade de en lång rad intressanta byggnader, vilka kännetecknas av ett anmärkningsvärt djärvt och expressivt formspråk, en i jämförelse med samtida svensk arkitektur radikal modernism.” - och stod klara 1952-1954. Innan dess fanns det i området en kombination av inget, barnrikehus och gamla nödbostäder som hastbyggdes 1917 och revs på 60-talet. Det var ett antal dragiga trähus som kallades för “pinnahusen” eller “Hollywood”. Mer om Hollywood. Det var rätt likt en kyrkstad, faktiskt. Väldigt ålderdomligt. Snedställda betongbalkonger borde ha varit rätt sensationellt atomic age i jämförelse.

Idag firar Emmanuel och jag tre år. Det har gått så snabbt! Jag är himla kär i honom och det är himla roligt att vara tillsammans. Jag som alltid tyckt att det är lite fjantigt att fira, eller ens komma ihåg, årsdagar för relationer tycker att det ska bli väldigt trevligt att fira den här.
Could you not. Seriously get over it. Nothing even changed except that they made posting seamless. Now instead of leaving your page every time you want to post something, you do it inline. If you’re complaining about add-ons no longer working, GUESS WHAT they’re not going to work since tumblr has…
The problem with this post is the same problem as the new tumblr, it’s mean and forceable. This post is not constructive and completely negates that other people use a tool in an alternative fashion. I would be willing to pay a small fee for the old tumblr interface, the new one doesn’t work for me. I spent a great deal of time trying to like it yesterday and even wrote a constructive e-mail directly to the tumblr staff—unlike what we see here. I do not appreciate the posts full of vulgarity and negativity blasting the new tumblr interface—but the new interface simply isn’t for everyone. Too bad there isn’t enough constructive efforts being made by both sides of the interface issues.

I do like the popup window for reblogging; I think it’s quite streamlined and efficient. My only problem with it is that it runs incredibly slowly on my computer, which it shouldn’t, since my computer is only about a year old and has plenty of free…
First, I would like to thank you for constantly attempting to make a better product, it’s good that effort is being made. I can definitely see where the new interface could benefit those using a tablet or a phone. That being said, I’ve some constructive criticism and dissatisfaction to state. Making an option to use the old interface in preferences would—it seems to me—avoid much of the negative feedback and unpleasantness surrounding new changes.
I like to use tumblr throughout the day, and what works best for me is to have multiple tabs open for reblog and comment intentions. The new interface doesn’t allow for that—and when I close my browser, it forces me to address every single tab I opened. This basically breaks the way I use tumblr. Also, by making it difficult to access a url option for uploads really takes away from the speed, comfort, and overall niftyness of tumblr.
I am glad that tumblr staff are attempting to progress with the product, however, please keep in mind that some users are happy users because options are being removed are what makes tumblr a strong platform for us.
Please give your users options instead of mandatory changes, and then track how many users are not using the new changes and why.
